FLOATHOUSE comes in kit form with all hardware and a video tape to help you set it up (approx assembly: 2-3 hrs). Since the exclusively patented FLOATHOUSE is a portable, seasonal floating device, it generally requires no licences or permits. There are three standard models - 20', 24' and 28' long. All are 10' wide and have a 6' clearance from the water line to the lowest rafter. All models are available in silver, designed to help deflect the sun's heat for a cooler interior.
